Strengthening the state of law and institutions; and the necessity of widening the participation of young people in decision-making, and that the values of the revolution remain an intrinsic part of the identity of the state and of its future. This stage requires openness to all Syrians and the strengthening of dialogue among them, because the unity of Syrians and their solidarity is the essential pillar for building a secure and stable homeland.
