I place at the head of my priorities the conveying of citizens' suffering and concerns beneath the dome of the Assembly, and the strenuous pursuit of enacting the legislation that guarantees the delivery of transitional justice and the improvement of living conditions, and of activating the role of oversight institutions to guarantee justice and equality of opportunity for all. Our message today is to work so that together we begin the march of building and reconstruction, and provide a safe and stable environment that guarantees the dignity of every Syrian citizen wherever they may be. Vision for Syria
The coming stage rests on consolidating security stability and achieving civil peace through delivering transitional justice, material and societal reconstruction, and building the institutions of a modern, participatory state that answers the aspirations of the Syrian people. One of the most important elements of the coming stage's success depends fundamentally on empowering young people and activating their role in decision-making.
