Vision for Syria
This is a pivotal stage and a delicate turning point, which places upon everyone a great responsibility in order to reach safe ground; and this requires laying down firm foundations and rules of construction in which the interest of the homeland and the citizen is placed above all else. The future is contingent upon the extent of our respect for these foundations and laws, for when the law prevails Syria is on the right path — and this requires of us integrated programmes on every level: security, political, economic and social. The most important keys to entrenching values and respect for the law are supporting education and development; then we build the Syria that everyone dreams of.
