Priority issues
1- Incorporating Presidential Decree No. 13 into the Syrian constitution and making the Kurdish language an official language. 2- Building a civil, democratic, pluralist and decentralised state that guarantees the rights of all its components. 3- Abolishing all exceptional laws and decrees applied against the Syrian people generally and the Kurdish people.
